Cairo Sapphire & Diamond Pendant is an and elegant sculptural piece with an open curving tear drop of channel set blue sapphires finished with bead set diamonds. The natural glowing sapphires are diamond cut for extra sparkle and weigh 0.81ctw. The natural diamonds weigh 0.38ctw and the pendant measures 21.9 x 15.9mm and the back features a pierced filigree design. It is 18k white gold, and is available in ruby and diamond as well as emerald and diamond upon request. The pictured chain is sold separately.
